Read the plan before turning the flow on. The photo is filed. The job sheet is filled in.
It files the photo into the right folder, with a new folder each month. It writes who, what and price into your job sheet: an Excel file or a Google Sheet.

Nothing runs until you switch it on. A flow only reads messages that arrive after you switch it on.

Your things stay yours.
A separate space for each company
Each company lives in its own walled space on our server in Singapore. One company can never see another company's anything.
An assistant for each person
Every staff member has their own assistant, chats, flows and pictures. Staff see only their own.
The company admin decides access
The company's admin sees the company's staff content. The admin decides who gets which tools, chats and folders. An admin's own things are not visible to other people, including other admins.
Your linked chats are yours alone
A person's own linked WhatsApp and Telegram chats are theirs alone. They are not the admin's or the company owner's.
Admin access is recorded
Anything an admin opens of a staff member's is read-only and written into a record. Sign-ins are recorded in the company's own login records. This includes when we, the platform owner, sign in to give support.
Your files stay in your office
Files the assistant searches and photos a flow files stay on the company's own office computer. They stay in a folder the admin picks. Our server keeps no copy of those files.
Your company chooses its connections
Nothing leaves the company unless the company itself connects it. For example, the company may choose to connect a Google Sheet.
Our sales mailbox has one purpose
Our own sales mailbox is the only place we use a Google connection for ourselves. It is used only to send our own outreach and read replies. It can be disconnected at any time.
We do not sell or share your data.
